Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order a property video from Realty Video AI, CVR-nr. 41185880, Denmark ("we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept them.

What we deliver

We produce a cinematic property video from the listing photographs you supply. Depending on what you ask for, this may include virtual staging, restyling of interiors, seasonal or day-to-night changes, camera motion, animated elements and a composed soundtrack. You receive a finished, export-ready video file.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown EXCLUDING / INCLUDING VAT. We invoice only after you have approved the video, with payment due 7 days from the invoice date. Prices in other currencies are indicative and follow the exchange rate on the invoice date.

Delivery time

We deliver within 48 hours of receiving usable photographs and a clear brief. If we need something from you before we can start, that period begins when we have it. Where an order is unusually large or complex we will tell you in advance if it will take longer.

Revisions and approval

You receive a draft for review before any invoice is issued. Revisions are included in the price and we continue adjusting until you are satisfied with the result, provided the requests stay within the scope originally agreed. A request for a materially different video is a new order.

If you decide not to proceed after seeing the draft, you owe nothing.

The photos you supply

You confirm that you own the photographs you send us, or otherwise have the right to have them edited and turned into a video. You remain responsible for that. We use them only to produce your video, as set out in our privacy policy.

Rights to the finished video

Once the invoice is paid, you hold full commercial rights to use the video on any platform — property portals, your own website, social media and advertising. We do not claim ownership of your listings.

We do not publish your video as an example of our work without your written permission.

Accuracy and how the video is presented

Our videos deliberately show properties as they could look — furnished, restyled, in a different season or at a different time of day. That is the product.

You are responsible for how the video is used in your own marketing, and for complying with the property-marketing rules that apply where you operate. We recommend clearly indicating where a video shows a virtually staged or restyled version of a property rather than its current condition. We will not make changes that misrepresent structural features, size or condition.

Liability

We are liable for delivering the video we agreed to deliver. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost commission or lost profit. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before you approve the draft, at no cost. After approval, the order is complete and the invoice stands.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute is subject to the Danish courts.
