This policy explains what personal data RealtyVideo.ai collects when you use this website or order a video, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is:

What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your agency name, phone number, a link to the listing, and any description of the property you write. The form does not accept file uploads — photos are sent separately, by email or through an upload link we send you.
When you email us: whatever you choose to include in that email, including any attached photos.
When you browse the site, and only if you accept analytics: anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is collected.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and produce your video — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To send you an invoice and keep accounting records — necessary to comply with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To measure how the site is used — only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.
Your listing photos
Photos you send are used solely to produce the video you asked for. We do not use them to promote our own services, publish them as examples, or share them with anyone outside the production process, unless you give us separate written permission to do so.
Please only send photos you have the right to share. If a photo shows identifiable people, you are responsible for having the basis to pass it on to us.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives enquiry form submissions
- EMAIL PROVIDER — carries our correspondence with you
- AI PRODUCTION TOOLING — processes the images during video production
- Google Ireland Limited — website analytics, only if you accept
Some of these may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: deleted within 12 months.
- Listing photos and finished videos: deleted within 6 months of delivery, unless you ask us to keep them.
- Invoices and accounting records: retained for as long as accounting law requires (five years in Denmark and Norway).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You may also ask for it in a portable format. Write to info@realtyvideo.ai and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national supervisory authority — Datatilsynet in Denmark, or Datatilsynet in Norway.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all until you accept analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Declining leaves the site fully functional — we store only your choice, locally in your own browser.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will be sent by email.
